24TANNING 試用用戶條款
歡迎使用 24TANNING（以下簡稱「本公司」）提供之試用服務（以下簡稱「試用服務」）。為保障雙方權益，請仔細閱讀以下條款。當您登記、預約或使用試用服務，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守本條款。
- 試用資格
試用服務僅限首次使用本公司服務之新用戶參加。
用戶必須年滿 18 歲或以上。
每位用戶只可享有一次試用機會，本公司有權核實用戶身份。 - 預約及使用安排
所有試用客人必須預先預約，以安排現場安全指導。
試用時段需按預約時間準時到達，並由用戶本人使用，不得轉讓。
基於安全及營運安排，試用時段只限於指定時段及職員當值期間。 - 取消及缺席政策
如需更改或取消預約，請於最少 3 小時前通知。
如用戶未有依時出席或未有提前通知，本公司有權取消其試用資格，並不作另行安排。 - 使用規則
用戶須遵從現場指示及操作流程使用設備。
試用期間不得攜同他人進入使用區域。
用戶需保持設施整潔，如有損壞需承擔相關賠償責任。 - 健康與風險聲明
使用太陽燈設備可能涉及潛在健康風險，部分人士可能不適合使用。
用戶須自行評估身體狀況及相關風險，並對其選擇負責。
本公司不提供醫療建議，建議有健康疑問人士先諮詢專業醫生意見。
用戶在使用過程中如出現任何不適，應立即停止使用。 - 責任免責
用戶在使用設備期間，如因個人身體狀況、操作不當或其他不可預見因素導致任何不適、受傷或損失，本公司概不負責。
試用服務屬體驗性質，本公司不保證任何效果。 - 隱私及資料使用
本公司將按照香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理用戶資料。
用戶提供之資料將用於預約安排、身份核實及客戶服務用途。未經用戶同意，本公司不會將個人資料用於不相關用途。 - 試用限制及最終決定權
本公司保留因任何營運、技術或安全原因更改或取消試用安排之權利。如發現濫用試用、提供不實資料或違反條款，本公司有權拒絕提供服務。
本公司保留對本條款之最終解釋權及決定權。 - 法律適用
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其解釋。

24TANNING Trial User Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the trial services provided by 24TANNING (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). To protect the rights and interests of all users, please read the following terms carefully. By registering, booking, or using the trial service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Eligibility
The trial service is available to first-time users only.
Users must be 18 years of age or above.
Each user is entitled to one trial session only, and the Company reserves the right to verify user identity. - Booking and Usage
All trial users are required to make an advance booking for safety demonstration purposes.
Users must arrive on time and the session is for personal use only (non-transferable).
Trial sessions are limited to designated time slots and staffed hours for operational and safety reasons. - Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours in advance.
Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the trial session, and no rebooking will be arranged. - Usage Rules
Users must follow all on-site instructions and proper operating procedures.
Bringing non-users into the service area is not permitted.
Users are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities. Any damage caused will be subject to compensation. - Health and Risk Disclosure
The use of sunbed equipment may involve potential health risks, and may not be suitable for all individuals.
Users are responsible for assessing their own health condition and associated risks before use.
The Company does not provide medical advice. Users with health concerns are advised to consult a medical professional prior to use.
Users must stop immediately if any discomfort occurs during use. - Disclaimer of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any injury, discomfort, or loss arising from the use of the equipment due to personal health conditions, improper use, or unforeseen circumstances.
The trial service is provided for experience purposes only, and no specific results are guaranteed. - Privacy and Data Use
The Company will handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
Personal information collected will be used for booking, identity verification, and customer service purposes.
The Company will not use personal data for unrelated purposes without user consent. - Trial Restrictions and Final Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel trial arrangements due to operational, technical, or safety reasons.
The Company may refuse service in cases of abuse of the trial offer, provision of false information, or violation of these Terms.
The Company reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding these Terms. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

By registering for and using the trial service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
