取消服務

為保障所有用戶的權益及平台運作的安全性,24Tanning 就帳戶取消訂立以下條款:

1. 用戶主動取消帳戶

用戶可到店填寫取消服務聲明書提出帳戶取消申請。取消服務申請不多於14個工作天處理,帳戶一經取消,將無法再登入或使用本平台提供的任何服務。帳戶內所有尚未使用之服務票券、套票或餘額,一律不設退款、轉讓或延長效期。

用戶須確保其所有預約已完成或取消後,帳戶方可正式關閉。

2. 帳戶取消後的資料處理

用戶可同時提出刪除其個人資料的要求,本公司將根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》處理。已儲存之交易記錄、使用紀錄等,將根據法定保存期限保留,不會用於其他用途。

用戶如欲查詢或要求刪除特定資料,須以書面方式提出,本公司有權要求核實身份。

3. 重新註冊限制

帳戶一經取消,如需再次使用本服務,須重新註冊並獲平台批准。對於因違規或濫用行為而被取消帳戶之用戶,本公司有權永久拒絕重新註冊或設立黑名單限制。

4. 本公司有權取消帳戶之情況

24Tanning 有權於以下情況下,不經事先通知而終止帳戶,並不作任何補償或退款:

  • 多次預約後無故缺席,嚴重影響其他用戶權益;
  • 違反《用戶協議》或其他平台規定(如擅自攜帶他人進入、破壞設施、使用禁用產品等);
  • 涉及詐騙、虛假身份、騷擾、侮辱員工或其他用戶之行為;
  • 濫用優惠、推廣活動或進行任何損害本公司利益之行為。

5. 條款解釋權

本公司保留本條款的最終解釋權及修改權,修改後的內容將於平台上公布並即時生效。

To ensure fair use and operational integrity of our platform, 24Tanning has established the following terms regarding account cancellation:

1. Voluntary Account Cancellation by User

Users may request to cancel their account at any time by signing “Service Cancellation Form” in the shop. Service Cancellation reqires 7 working days for process. Once cancelled, the account will be deactivated, and the user will no longer have access to any services or features of the platform. All remaining service credits, packages, or balances under the cancelled account will be forfeited without refund, transfer, or extension.

Users must ensure that all existing reservations have been completed or cancelled before the account can be closed.

2. Personal Data Deletion Requests

Users may submit a request to have their personal data deleted. 24Tanning will process such requests in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Hong Kong). Certain records, such as transaction or usage history, may be retained for statutory or legal purposes and will not be used for any marketing or unrelated activities.

Data deletion requests must be made in writing and may require identity verification.

4. Re-registration Restrictions

Users who wish to use our services again after cancellation must register for a new account and obtain approval from 24Tanning. 24Tanning reserves the right to permanently reject re-registration for users whose accounts were terminated due to misconduct or violation of platform rules.

5. Involuntary Account Termination by the Company

24Tanning reserves the right to terminate a user’s account at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the following situations:

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations that affect fair use by other customers;
  • Violation of the User Agreement or platform rules (e.g., unauthorized entry of non-members, damage to equipment, use of prohibited products);
  • Fraudulent behavior, use of false identity, harassment of staff or other users;
  • Abuse of promotions or engaging in any behavior that harms the company’s interests or reputation.

6. Interpretation and Amendments

24Tanning reserves the final right of interpretation and modification of these terms. Any updated policies will be published on our platform and shall take immediate effect.
